These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bardak mobile application ("the app", "we", "us"), developed by Gevorg Tonoyan. By downloading, installing, or using Bardak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Bardak on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire any ownership of the app through this license.
2. Eligibility
Bardak is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you should use the app only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use and restrictions
You agree that you will not, in whole or in part, by any manual or automated means:
- copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest, extract, mine, or otherwise collect the words, word packs, categories, or any other game content;
- sell, rent, license, sublicense, publish, distribute, or otherwise make the app or any of its content available to any third party;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, data, or structure of the app or its content;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative or competing works based on the app, the words, or the word packs;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or disrupt it.
4. Intellectual property
The app, the name "Bardak", the logo, the visual design, the software, and all words, word packs, and categories — including their specific selection, wording, grouping, and arrangement — are the exclusive property of Gevorg Tonoyan and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The word packs are original, curated content and may not be copied, extracted, reused, or redistributed in any product or service. These Terms grant you no ownership and no right to use this content outside of normal personal play within the app.
5. Game content
Word packs and categories are provided for entertainment purposes and are delivered to your device over the internet. We may add, change, or remove game content at any time. All content is manually reviewed to be age-appropriate.
6. Price and availability
Bardak is currently free to download and play, with no advertisements and no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to change the app's features, pricing, or availability in the future. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms.
7. Third-party services and app stores
The app uses Google Firebase to deliver game content. It is distributed by Apple and Google, and you must comply with the applicable app store terms. Where required, the standard end-user license agreement of the relevant app store also applies to your use of the app, in addition to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. This license and these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
